Welcome to the SPAR-Fit Training Blog

Rather than continuing to post workout information on the Facebook group, where limited number of people can access the information, we'll be posting here from now on!

In this space we'll post workout reports, as well as photos and videos of our crew in action. We'll also be sharing nutritional info, recipes, and all sorts of other goodies that you will find extremely valuable in meeting your fitness needs.

There's nothing complex here. SPAR-Fit is built on a solid foundation of common sense. The fitness industry has done a great job in complicating things to make you think you need their help - but you don't! Our back-to-basics approach will make fitness fun again, and will forever change the way you look at traditional health clubs, with their overly-complex equipment and trainers of questionable athletic ability.

So welcome aboard! As we work towards opening the doors on our own facility we're excited to meet new people, do some good old-fashioned hard work, and have some fun!
